Zola Legs Out More Honors

Westmont’s Zola Sokhela picked up the pace at the end and ran to victory in The Master’s Invitational September 23, finishing the 8K cross country race in a season-best: 24:08.2. As a result, Sokhela earned PacWest Runner of the Week honors for the second time this season. 

The junior from Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, will next race for the Warriors in the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational on October 7 in Claremont.
