Meet Salem

If you're looking for a cat that is not only handsome, but also possesses a great personality, you need look no further than 2-year-old Salem. This little black charmer has a distinctive white triangular tuft on his chest and bewitching green eyes. In addition, he is blessed with a large vocabulary and a playful, curious nature that is guaranteed to keep you entertained for hours. Curious, active and a high-wire artist to boot, this energetic feline needs an indoor home filled with people and other pets. And did I mention that he adores being pampered?

Salem is available for adoption from the Animal Shelter Assistance Program (ASAP). ASAP is a volunteer-based, non-profit organization that cares for the cats and kittens at the Santa Barbara County Animal Shelter. The facility is located at 5473 Overpass Road, off Patterson Avenue; call 683-3368.
