“Dogsbreath Devereaux: The Dastardly Doctor or Nurses! Foiled Again!,” a local production by Billy St. John. This Carpinteria melodrama tells the tale of Dogsbreath Devereaux M.D., who plots to do away with a wealthy widow, Lotta Cash, and inherit her late husband’s clinic. Seaside Theatre is a non-profit theatre group.
